Mandela International Magnet School offers the Middle Years Program and the Diploma Program for its 7th-12th-grade students.
Middle Years Program (MYP)
Building a solid academic foundation, the MYP develops students’ confidence in managing their own learning and making connections between their learning in the classroom and the real world.
Diploma Program (DP)
A future-ready programme that builds students’ inquiring mindset, fosters their desire to learn, and prepares them to excel at their careers and lead meaningful lives. The DP curriculum includes 11th and 12th grades.

Students may choose to pursue the Full IB Diploma Program or complete select IB studies through Course Candidacy. Students earn SFPS high-school diplomas with either pathway and are eligible for state bilingual certification.
