Support for Teachers

Mandela International Magnet School teachers are dedicated to seeing Santa Fe Public Schools students as whole individuals and teaching them to International Baccalaureate standards.

MIMS Teachers:

receive IB training so that Mandela’s 7th-l2th grade academics align with those of IB schools around the world.
devote extra hours to implementing this high-standards pedagogy for students while modeling community awareness.

The PTA supports them in the following ways:

Annual stipends up to $150 per educator for classroom supplies and teaching needs.
